This error occurs when there is a problem downloading data for the time period you specified.
Try restarting Agent, and then go to the list of tasks and click the Retry link (you will have to hover over the task that has the error to see this).
If it still doesn't work, click on the link that says "Report this error", which will open an email to support@hubstream.net with the error details. If you don't have an email application configured on that machine, you can click the "Copy to clipboard" link to get the error message, then send it to us from another machine.
