No Internet connection

This error means we couldn’t detect an Internet connection on your machine. If you don't actually have an Internet connection right now, then we are in good shape.

If you think you have an Internet connection but for some reason we are not detecting it, please create a support ticket and let us know.  We will also be interested in whether you have a proxy server or some other interesting way to connect to the Internet.
