This error happens when there is a problem with your certificate. Either there was a problem with the registration process, or you might have duplicate certificates on your machine with the same name (unlikely but possible).
Please go back to Agent and click on the link that says "Report this error", which will open an email to support@hubstream.net with the error details. If you don't have an email application configured on that machine, you can click the Copy to clipboard link to get the error message, then send it to us from another machine.
